VW LT35 camper 2.4 1989 in Wakefield, West Yorkshire for sale

Here is my VW LT35 fully converted and insulated camper registered as a motor caravan. Engine runs sweet but does kick out a bit of smoke when first started. Think this is just due to it being an old diesel. Starts first time. These engines are truly built to last and can be easily fixed without any computer software, unlike the cars of today. Also comes with a spare engine which i was given when i bought the van. Ive never needed it though. So it has 12v leisure battery which i had an auto electrician connect to the alternator. This means the battery gets charged every time you drive. It also has 240v hook up at the side of the van which power 4 plug sockets and other lights. Inside it has 3 burner hob, oven , fridge, separate toilet, pull out double bed, sink (with tap and waste water tank) and lots of storage space including a wardrobe. Comes with a virtually new traveller 3 awning worth about 270 alone. The van also has a roofbox and roof rack on top with a ladder at the rear. Comes with spare wheel (also on roof) Recently had 2 new tyres on the front and fam belt replaced. MOT- jan 15 Tax- july 15 Comes with a lot of history. over 10 years of previous MOT's and receipts of all repair work. every advisory has also been fixed with a receipt to prove. Bodywork is good, only one or two small surface rust. underneath everything is looking good. Again just one or two small patches. paint job isn't the best but i've seen a lot worse.
